I like it , cleans good and makes the hair really soft too. |
I have to post this update on reviews of these products. I gave my two baths last friday, was busy all week so they only got a good thorough brushing twice. I gave baths today and thought I would put it to the ultimate test. I didn't brush Bogie before his bath(which I never do or it is at least 1hr getting out mats) well I could have cried, not a bad cry but tears of joy. While still wet and brushing him out, he had one little mat under his front leg and that was it. This stuff is a miracle. Jada never mats and her coat just looks gorgeous now. |

I know I've posted a lot on this thread - I probably sound like a salesperson :p - but I LOVE this stuff. |

I have been asking my groomer to give me the name of the products that she was using on Lacey because I could not get the same results. Her response: "Oh these products are pure and natural and you can only get them from Italy". She would never give me the name. Well when she arrived on Saturday to groom Lacey I asked her to take a look at the products that I had purchased. Her mouth dropped to the floor. They were the same products she was using on Lacey. She asked me how was I able to get these products...She looked worried because I think she assumed that once I had them I would no longer need her  . She did tell me not to use the purifying shampoo on her because it was too heavy. She also told me for her daily brush to rub 1-2 drops of the Silplus on her coat and brush (no need to add water). I can not believe the difference these products make. It gives a shine that looks natural and the coat flows so nicely. |
Ok one more post about Iv San Bernard products and I will be quiet about it I promise. Is any one else having this problem: my babies are so silky that when I pick them up I have to be really careful not to drop them, and I could just sit and run my fingers through their hair.:) Awesome Awesome Awesome is all I can say. |

LOL....yes, I have that problem....and even mentioned it in one of my numerous posts :p on this thread and others:D Reno's hair will be so slippery, I have to hold on to him carefully, he has almost slid right out of my hands a couple of times. With long coats especially, it is like liquid silk pouring through your fingers when you touch the hair.....I love it, and so thrilled you do too!:) |

HaHaHa....I love it....now you know her "secret";) Honestly, I felt like I had been let in on a "secret" when my friend recommended the ISB products. Only, I wanted to share the news with as many yorkie people as I could, that's how strongly I believed in their products. I'm normally not one to push products I've tried, unless I DO love them! |

I can send you both a sample of the PEK....PM your address to me. I'll have to find a couple more little bottles, I used my other one to send to Mary. I do think after you've tried the PEK you'll want to try other products they offer. |
Got my order :) Bathed both Roxy and TJ on Saturday. I used Minksheen shampoo (just can't bring myself to change to shampoo that has SLS in), and I used a good amount of the PEK ~ WOW... Normally when they are wet, I get a kick out of how skinny they are, bc when dry they are usually a BIG FLUFF BALL as they have a ton of super soft fluffy hair... But after i put the PEK conditioner on them - Holly S*** they were sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo skinny...that PEK made their hair so calm that is layed so close to the body! So when I got them out and brushed their hair wet, I sprayed on the H270 2 Phase Equalizer, brushed them again and blowed dried them. Their hair felt really good, it was a little "calmer" than when I just only used the Minksheen, but this time they had nice "body" and no frizzed out mess :p I can brush thru their hair with a little more ease than normal. All in all I think it is good. They still have fluffy hair, but it is "calmer" I am looking forward to see how it is when they are ready for the next bath on 4/10 ;) P.S. I used the PEK as my conditioner this morning in the shower - hahahahaha - not bad...:D |
Just gave Skyler his bath and I am loving these products. He has a thick cotton coat and usually his hair sticks up all over the place but after his bath he is silky and smooth. He even has a part down the middle. Yay I first used the PEK on his dry coat and I kept it in for about 5 min, after rinsing it out I used the green apple shampoo and conditioner on him and WOW what a difference. I also spray the H270 equalizer on him every time I brush him. His hair still needs to grow a little more but these are great products. Next I'm going to try on Jake and Maya, they both have a curly coat. I'll keep you updated.:D |
Are you all mixing with water before using? |

I do plan on getting a squirt bottle to make a spray on dry coat product though... |

I didn't mix what i put on mine either when they were bathed although i did just mix some in a spray bottle to brush with. I got my tangle teezer brushes yesterday and i can not believe what a good job they do Micah mats a lot so between the pek & tangle teezer brush we was gliding through the mats today |

I use mine straight from the tub for baths, and mix just a small amt with hot water in spray bottle for dry brushing. Just spray it on your brush, works wonders. |

Other considerations for silky hair I realize the post has gone long but here are several thoughts. The question/concern about S.L.S.s is a good one as this is an agent to avoid in any hair or body care product. I live in a complex that is new, but has what many of us conclude is poor city water that smells really bad. Some of us have added good quality filters to our kitchen and shower faucets while awaiting test reports on the water. I have mostly grey and silver streaked (drying) hair requiring an excess of conditioning and styling products to properly manage. I put a Sprite filter (found at any "green" store) on the shower head and immediately found my hair softer and easier to care for. While I am still in the process of ordering the products suggested for my Yorkies, I've found that improving the water quality has imroved their coats as well. Also, their morning eye gunk has decreased to where there is very little to clear away. Thank you kindly, xxmxaxrxyxx for directing me to all of this info. :) Rebecca, Mr. Darcy and baby Jackson |

Has anyone used the H270? Do you like it? I'm placing my order so for those of you who already have, which products do you recommend aside from the PEK which is a must.... |

I have it and I really like it. Linda recommended it for Jada's curly, fuzzy rump. I also got the Sil Plus and I really like it too. In human product is compares to an anti-frizz serum in my opinion.(sil plus not H270) |

I use both and like them both, the Sil Plus just gives Jada more of a shine to her rump and you can use it on the dry coat. The H270 insturctions are just for a damp coat. I haven't tried it though on the dry coat so it may work too. |

I do like it but have to use it sparingly as it can leave the coat a bit oily if I use too much. |
