| ![]() Casey my 5 year old hates it...I put her in the sink and have to tie her on to the faucet so she doesn't jump out.....Riley , the two year old doesn't seem to mind, once you catch him. He just stands in the sink with his head leaning on the counter and waits for me to finish....After the dryer, they both go crazy.

| ![]() My 3 all do not mind getting a bath. I do it every Sunday afternoon in the kitchen sink. I put a towel in the bottom on the sink so they do not slip around and use the sprayer close to their skin so the water does not splash. This was not always the case since Bogey was a neglected mess when I brought him home a few months ago. I don't think he had ever had a bath or been groomed. Pebbles was about 5 months when I got her and she had not been bathed regularly or been to a groomer either. When I first started bathing them I just worked fast and got them out quickly into a towel. I also kept their collar on so that I had something to hold on to if they tried to escape. Doodlebug was a little baby when we brought him home and he has had plenty of time to adjust to his weekly bath. ![]()

This is Fancy all the way!! The same look, like why do we have to do this again...? I don't know if Fancy hates the blowdryer though. She will stay between my legs and stay low to the floor while running back and forth - kind of like when she plays with us, butt up, head down bouncing back and forth. I do think though that she knows she is going to be warm in a second if she let me blowdry her! ![]()

Senior Yorkie Talker | ![]() I lucked out I guess. When Gwen was a baby she wasn't crazy about the bath, but I have a Water-pik shower head on the shower hose I use for them (I have a shower-t thing so I have two heads and can turn off one or use both, I use this one for the dogs the other for the humans lol) and the head has a massage setting, as soon as I put that massaging water on her back she sits down and just stays still until I turn the water off to soap her then she walks around in the tub until I turn the water back on and place it back on her back. She's actually fallen asleep this way and did a face plant into the bottom of my tub then looked at me as if to say "What's you let me do that for?!" After we're done she jumps out of the tub into the waiting towel in my lap and lays down to take a rest and lets me dry her....of course her hind legs always look like the hair is fanned out b/c she won't stand up to get dried right, but she's content and then she snuggles and takes a nap for an hour or so....or longer if I sit still! ![]()

| ![]() Emma doesnt mind her bath. She use to hate the hair dryer but now she likes to be blown when I am trying to dry my own hair. She rolls onto her back and gets her tummy blown on a daily basis. ![]() |
