I lucked out I guess. When Gwen was a baby she wasn't crazy about the bath, but I have a Water-pik shower head on the shower hose I use for them (I have a shower-t thing so I have two heads and can turn off one or use both, I use this one for the dogs the other for the humans lol) and the head has a massage setting, as soon as I put that massaging water on her back she sits down and just stays still until I turn the water off to soap her then she walks around in the tub until I turn the water back on and place it back on her back. She's actually fallen asleep this way and did a face plant into the bottom of my tub then looked at me as if to say "What's you let me do
that for?!" After we're done she jumps out of the tub into the waiting towel in my lap and lays down to take a rest and lets me dry her....of course her hind legs always look like the hair is fanned out b/c she won't stand up to get dried right, but she's content and then she snuggles and takes a nap for an hour or so....or longer if I sit still!
