| I don't know I feel that "she's probably used to being handled that way" makes it all even worse. I just know, I wouldn't want to be handled that way getting my hair done and would most likely knock someone out if they did it to me or my baby. Everyone has their own opinions though .

| Beautiful coat. . .but the groomer did seem a bit rough. And the whole color thing , the breed standard is very specific. I guess a little spray just fixes that.

| I agree the groomer was a little rough and even sprayed him or her right in the face once! When I rinse Abby and Daisy's head, I always place my hand over their eyes and hold their ears down so I avoid getting water in their eyes and ears. Would any of you want to be handled that way? Not me! That dog was gorgeous though and that coat!!! WOW!
