I agree the groomer was a little rough and even sprayed him or her right in the face once!
When I rinse Abby and Daisy's head, I always place my hand over their eyes and hold their ears down so I avoid getting water in their eyes and ears.
Would any of you want to be handled that way? Not me!
That dog was gorgeous though and that coat!!! WOW!
