I hate that I'm one of the awful "club" but I'm also hoping it's easily treated and recovered from and behind me before I know what's happened. But I've found lots of encouragement and hope here and feel so much better than the day I found out about the biopsy.

I agree with you, Joan. There are such beautiful bonds created on YorkieTalk, and people genuinely care about each other, particularly when the member is as giving and special as our YorkieTalkjilly.

Bless and thank you and I'm returning the favor - praying for you two. Hoping Sheila isn't hurting too badly today. Can't help but think of her often. Life gets so hard at times and what she's dealing with is truly awful, particularly as she can't get help with pain medication. I feel for her so much. God bless you both.

What you say is so true - I've found that out personally. I'd heard that the internet was a cruel and dangerous place but if you pick your sites and land on a great one first time out as I did, it's a wonderful source for virtually meeting wonderful souls all over this world. Seems like the good sites draw the good people. Plus, I've learned so much about my Yorkie on here and Tibbe is better-cared for and safer because of YT.

How kind of you to say but my sharing is minimal compared to all the others here who pour out their help, support, knowledge and good will and know so much about the breed and keep us all up on the latest information and dog news. Some here have been at it for years, dealing with frantic owners of sick and injured dogs or breeders of dogs with troubled pregnancies or pups at risk and virtually hand-guiding them along through what needs to be done to help their dog the most, which almost always begins with recommending getting the dog needed vet care to start. And how they keep it up week after week I'll never know.

She has to write a few lines, save it to draft, and return to it.

She's pretty sick right now-dealing with a stressful situation, which I hope will be over soon.

Yes, you're right, life gets hard, at times, but her faith gets her through. She is longing to return to her Ministry.

Rich, please tell her not to worry about PM'ing me - just take care of herself and stay as comfortable as she can. I think I know what she would say and love her for wanting to go to all the trouble to say it but she needs to think about Sheila right now. I'm praying her night and tomorrow are better.

She is thinking of you right now. She has been through cancer, and knows it is very frightening.

as you know a few years past my dh was diagnosed with cancer... he is in total remission and doing well now. I know you can do this.. and you will be fine. I will be with you in spirit
