| Brenda, I just want you to know that we are keeping you and Mike in our prayers. Thank God you have Denise to help out. It's just tragic the horrible way you all were treated ... someday those people will find themselves needing help and noone will be there for them. God bless you and Mike and continue to help him become stronger.

| Hello to everyone. I wanted to give you all an update on Mike. It has been a little over a month with Mike being home from the rehab. Mike is doing well. He is starting to gain a good amount of fluid back. I was hoping to be able to keep him from having to be drained again, by keeping it under control with the fluid pills. He has been doing okay with it, and it has been around 2 months since the last draining. That is good because he was getting drained each week and 11 liters each week. So, I guess that is not so bad. As far as his walking. He is doing about the same as my last update. He had a problem with his knee, after he was up walking a lot, and that put him back a little bit. Rick, the P.T. Still comes 3 times a week to work with Mike. I work with him as much as I can as well, each day. I noticed that I did not get him up yesterday every few hours and that made a big difference today. He needs to get up every few hours and stand to his walker and take a few steps. Or he pays big time. I had to finally get a hold of the county ride to see if they can take him to the hospital to be drained, they said they will work with us. So, That is great. We have not tried to get him into the car yet, because of his knee. Maybe next week,I hope. I have had Denise come 2 times,in the last 2 weeks, to help me out for an hour each time and that helps a lot. I wanted to update you all, while I have a few minutes to do so. I have been having quite a few Vet visits for my pups as well. Romeo is doing great with his meds. Now he is a demanding little boy. barks, when he wants on Mikes bed and when he wants off his bed. Every 20 minutes. All night long. He wants to sleep with Daddy but wants to be with Me as well. So he comes in my room, lays here 20 minutes and barks to go to Mike. Out to Mike he goes, and barks to come with me. He had to go to the vet for a recheck and he had a ear infection as well, that was just starting. So,, he has been on antibiotics for 10 days now and ear drops. I noticed Rosie was itching her ear, so I cleaned them, and took her in with Romeo, come to find out poor Rosie had ear mites. the vet wanted to treat all 6 dogs and 4 cats and $360.00 later they now have been treated. I was so upset about her having ear mites and can not under stand how she got them. The vet said, she, got them from being a terrier. Always looking, sniffing, digging around the yard. She is right. That is Rosie. Miss under the deck, killing moles is a flash, and finding a nest of bunnies. That is how that happened. Because None of the other dogs or cats have them.Thank goodness. She said we got it fast enough, but she still wanted to treat all the animals. Now all the dogs and cats are due at the end of the month for shots. I hate to think of that bill. Oh well, that's what you have to do when you gets pets. Just deal with it. I am very lucky, to hve a vet real close that only charges $10.00 per shot. Thank goodness. Last but not least, Me. This is gross. I came into the house, about 2 weeks ago. the dogs were barking ,as they always do. While walking into the house, the porch lite was on. I said to the dogs Stop baking its only me, and at that same time I inhaled a month into my lung.Yep in my lung it went. I could feel it moving on my right lung for about 7 minutes before it died.I coughed so hard for the entire time that moth moved. It never came up. A week later I started with noise in my chest. Went to the doctor, He could here a little noise in my right lung. He wants me to have an x-ray. Is'nt that nasty. LoL But so gross. I try not to think about a moth in my lung or that it has to rot to come out.yuck. I took some pictures today of Mike and Romeo I wanted to post them but will in my next update because I need to get some sleep it is 2:15 am and I am pooped. Thank you all again for all the thoughts and prayers. You all are the greatest. Those prayers are keeping Mike going strong. That was the words from his Doctor." Some one must be saying a lot of Prayers because he is doing good". I said yes, And they are all yorkie lovers like us. He said keep up the good work. So Thank you all so much. Have a great weekend. Brenda and Mike

| Hello, I wanted to update you all on Mike. Mike is progressing well. He is now no longer having a nurse, Tech, or PT coming to the house. He had his first Dr appointment last Friday. He has gone to the hospital two times now to be drained. He goes again to be drained on Tuesday. He seems to be collecting a lot of fluid. He is transferring well. He still can not walk very much, but keeps working at it. I take him three times a week to PT and he is there for at least two hours. He also has a Dr. appointment on Tuesday before his draining. Dec 2nd. he goes back to Georgetown Hospital to be followed by the doctors over there again. Please keep Mike in your prayers he has a long road ahead of him. Thanks so much.

| Hello everyone. I wanted to give you all an update on Mike. He is doing well. He is going to PT three times a week, and is now walking about 30 to 40 feet with his walker. Yea Mike. He went to Georgetown University Hospital about 9 days ago. He went to the clinic for people needing a liver, to see if he can be put on the transplant list. Mike was not sure what he was going to find out, from the doctor. The doctor said come back in 4 months and if you are walking better and if all is well, still with his blood work, then he will then see about putting him on the list. Mike is doing pretty good. He is needing to be drained again, but it has been a month and we are trying to put it off as long as possible. Romeo is loving the time he gets to spend with Mike and sleeps with him all day and night. He will not stay in the room with me . Mike has a hospital bed in the living room. That is where Romeo wants to stay. I wanted you all to know how Mike is coming along and thank you all for the prayers that has helped Mike progress the way he has. Thank you. and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.
