| Regardless of who you purchase a puppy from you should ask for their Seller or litter Permit.. if they give you a song and dance they do not have properly licensing with the State. Buying a pup for them is like buying a child on the black market... all against the law. |

| Good advice.. It just gets to me when I see these dogs coming from Puppy mills and folks that don't have a clue.. They start with every popular breed and stick them in cages and run them like machine. These dogs have no quality of life. Their only function is to MAKE pups. They don't care about who's going to buy it. As long as you have a couple of hundred you got yourself a dog. It's sad when you see the REAL condition and the injustice these dogs suffer. I once help the pound with a seizure over 150 dogs .. I cried for days. The owner just said she didn't realize it. She got caught up in the money and dogs wasn't viewed as her pets. Many of them she couldn't sell( due to just they were so unhealthy. She couldn't sell them as quickly as she first thought... and she kept breeding.... I will continue to voice my opinion and speak out and bring charges against any BREEDERS that are NOT doing it correctly and legally.
