| I am not going to use an Ignore List b/c I like reading everything. I am going to try to use the "choose to ignore" button in my brain more though. I think everyone must get frustrated at times but if you try to just consider the source and choose to ignore this can be a better place. |

I am so sorry- I am sure that is not the case. There are some that are getting tired of posting cause others come on and turn the topic away from your question. We try to go back on topic but is is just like weeds in the yard (they take over) You my friend are the one who suffers. I am sorry | |

| I've never used either list. Would LOVE to use the Buddy List and hope I never need the Ignore List but I guess it's nice to know it's there if necessary.

| The ignore/ buddy list will allow people to not bite when chains are being yanked and people are trying to push your buttons. We can still have wonderful debates and discussions with different points of view. The nice thing is that when you disagree you will not have someone pushing their views down your throat. We can keep things friendly- we can post out thoughts, our experiences- ideas in a friendlier atmosphere. A breath of fresh air will feel wonderful. This will also give us a chance to meet a lot of our new members who are feelong neglected and listen to them and all the wonderful things that they have to share with us here at YT. |

The truth is that out of 28 threads started by Sugar's Mom you have not posted in a single one and none of them were the least bit controversial with the exception of one which was closed because Sylvan took exception to her breeder breeding a 2.5 lb female. None of her threads was ever turned away from her question except for that one by Sylvan. I posted on a few of her threads but they were all positive and constructive posts. Sugar's Mom~ I am so glad little Ceeby is back on the right track and I hope you start getting more responses to your threads. I will certainly post now that I have reviewed your "story" here on YT!! Heck, you see how many posts I have...you would think I live on here. I have cut back on the time I spend here lately and have been posting less, but I always try to welcome newcomers and assist in the areas I have expertise in, as well as comment on those who take the time and effort to post pictures. I beg to differ and am sharing this because most members here do not "Troll" This is the internet description of what that term means from CureZone.com : An "Internet troll" or "Forum Troll" is a person who posts outrageous message to bait people to answer. Forum Troll delights in sowing discord on the forums. A troll is someone who inspires flaming rhetoric, someone who is purposely provoking and pulling people into flaming discussion. Flaming discussions usually end with name calling and a flame war. A classic troll is trying to make us believe that he is a skeptic. He is divisive and argumentative with need-to-be-right attitude, "searching for the truth", flaming discussion, and sometimes insulting people or provoking people to insult him. Troll is usually an expert in reusing the same words of its opponents and in turning it against them. While he tries to present himself as a skeptic looking for truth ... his messages usually sound as if it is the responsibility of other forum members to provide evidence that what forum is all about is legitimate science. What I See on this site is many passionate people who CARE about yorkies, are very quick to jump up and help anyone with their questions - and have a geniune love for the breed - because things get debated does not mean someone is 'Trolling' ...... usually the debates are sparked by strong beliefs.

| Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I wouldn't have posted that but debating and trolling are 2 seperate things - I really don't see heated discussions as "trolling" when it pertains to most members - though every site is subject to them as the internet is a HUGE place and we do see all kinds don't we ? I used to post on a COPD site for my husband and you would NOT believe the people that would sign on and totally be vicious to them - that site was full of really SICK / Dying people.... and strangers would post and be truly evil - I felt so bad for the site - the trolls (or kids, because that's who they sounded like) just ruined the whole site. THAT is what a troll can do. |
