On the blue line at the top of the page next to User Cp is FAQ (frequently asked question) alot of info there. If you have saved your pic's to your computer once you type in your post, scroll down to manage attachment a brouse page comes up. Once you upload the picture or pictures just close the page and go back to the post to preview or submit. FAQ probably explains it better than I did. Pm me if you have a problem. Joan good luck |

Hi, I've been a member of YT for quite a while, I mostly read because I could not get my picture to show with my name. I had a picture in my profile, so I didn't understand why it was not showing with my name, I recently discovered that the avatar is the picture that shows under the user name, phewwww. I haven't been able to share pictures of Zander or my newest puppy Jazzie, I go to create a message and I don't have the paperclip icon. My task bar doesn't seem to have just a paperclip, the one icon that has a paper clip is -insert link, remove link, then there is insert email link, now at the bottom it says IMG code is off, don't know what that is, and html code is off, don't know if those two have anything to do with the attach or insert. My question is ... why am I missing this feature? How else can I insert pictures? How do I start a new thread? How do I do a continuos avatar picture?? I do see the attachment button when I go to reply but not when I answer someones mail message. I will keep reading and trying to figure this out, but if you have answers please by all means lead me to the light, I mean answers. Thanks. Annie Zanders' mom |

For regular photos to appear along with a post. Follow these instructions... Click "reply" or "new thread" and after you type in your message, scroll down the page past all of the icons to a bar that says "manage attachments". When you click on that, you will have a separate window come up. You can post up to four photos per message. They have to be fairly small though. Resize them to less than 200 kb. ok, my problem is, when reading posts where someone has attached pics. All I see are tiny blue lines. If I click on those lines it will bring up the picture. Frequently though I will see the box that says file attachment, there will be no blue line, but if I hover my cursor around in the box long enough, it will turn to a hand so I know there is a pic there, and if I can get it to stay as a hand long enough I can click and see the pic. Most of the time, even if the blue line is in the box, the person will say there are four pics, but I only have three dash lines, and if I want to see the fourth pic, I have to do that frustrating hover and move around until it finds the invisible line to click on. I know the pics should just be showing, and I shouldn't have to click, as this has happened a few times. How can I get it to happen ALL the time?:rolleyes: |

Avatars with rotating pictures are called animated avatars. They are made with a program that can produce animated GIF files. You can find a program on the Internet for that purpose, or ask a YorkieTalk member who specializes in avatars to help you with one. |
Still having trouble! Ok I downloaded Infraniew and it doesn't have an option of resizing kb only pixels! No matter what I do it will not allow me to submit pictures. HELP!! |
I don't get it! I did post one picture but I can't figure out how to post another one... Which link do I use to post pics here on the message board? Also, I uploaded a pic to the photo gallery ? and I got the message that says it was successful but I can't find the pic. :confused: I'm getting more confused by the minute. |
Help attaching pics I figured out how to reduce pics and have one on my profile and edited an avatar. I can't get any attached to a post. My post is showing that I attached 2 pics, but they aren't showing up once I submit. Any ideas on what I've done wrong? |

I resized the pic to 100x100 and the file is only 6kb which is under the requirement of 29kb and yet everytime I tried to save it for avatar I keep getting the message file upload failed. What is it Iam doing wrong? |
well I resized to 75x75 and still got upload message failed, but the avatar works now. strange..... |
