| I use to go to Houston with a yorkie that could not drink the water there. I had to give her bottle water so she wouldn't get sick while we were there. Bo is OK when we go to Houston. He drinks the tap water with no problem I guess it just depends upon how sensitive their little stomachs are. |

| This sounds so much like what my daughter's dog had. My daughter went to Las Vegas for the weekend. We had Bella and she came down with bad diarrhea. So the next day we took her to the vet. She did many tests and found nothing. She was given an antibiotic and also a med to calm the bowel. The vet said that she has seen many times that the small breed dogs will come down with gastro enteritis. They will sometimes board dogs while the owners are on vacation and the same unexplained thing will occur. They just seem to be sensitive and can get stressed out. Hope she is doing well now.

| I doggie sat this little one that was pooping and pooping and pooping, his little butt whole was irritated and sore. So before wiping him with the wipe I would get about 3 wipes placed them on the palm of my right hand, picked him up and sat his butt on top of the wipes. I just carried him around for about 10 minutes then carefully wipe his butt, the coolness of the wipes helped the swelling down then put medicated cream on his butt. I'm just wondering why he threw up bile?? Did you over feed him something fatty (too many treat, or table meat) or didn't eat on time and too long in between meals they will throw up bile. When this happens their stomach will rumble and they try to eat grass, because their tummy feels bad. Your vet told you right rice and kibbles, both will absorb all the acid built up. Hope all is better now.

| Thank you so much! He's still sleeping right now which I hope is a good sign. He's been resting a lot ever since we came home from the vet, I'm hoping tomorrow will bring good things for us! Thanks for the well wishes we appreciate them! |

That is a great idea about the baby wipes! I will give that a try... He actually didn' throw up bile this time. Jaden isn't allowed to have any table meat just his dry kibble and occasionally some treats. He throw up bile a few months back, white and yellow foamy stuff and when I brought him into the vet we found that was partially a reaction from the medication he had to go on for his upset tummy and partially because he wasn't eating normal. He's never eating grass that I've seen but that's a good thing to keep in mind, if I ever see him do it I'll know what it means! | |

| Well, I think I'm off to bed tonight. Jaden seems to be resting soundly and seems to be doing well and hasn't had any episodes for quite a few hours so that is promising. The gatorade seems to be making him feel a little better when he is awake. He seems to have a little more energy than before. I am hoping a good nights rest will do both of us some good. Today seems like it's been the longest day of my entire life Morning will be here before I know it...I'll give you all an update, thank you for your support, well wishes and prayers, you guys are the best!!! |

| I'm keeping my fingers crossed but as of this morning he seems to be doing SO much better!! Not back to his 100% normal self but way better than he was. He even ate some kibble this morning on his own, I didn't have to prompt him! Thank you all for your prayers, it looks like they are working! |
