I am just learning about poor little Simon. Gus, Bobbie and I are praying for both you and him. I know what your going though! Not knowing whats wrong really sucks! Love and kisses,,, get well soon little guy.

Poor baby! I just saw this and thought I would jump on the prayer chain. You get better soon little one. having the appetite is a good sign maybe. It does yank at your heart when they want something and you can't give it to them. maybe tomorrow the doc will give the ok to munch a bit more. I hope so. we are pulling for you.

Hi- I just saw this post and wanted to say I'm soo sorry your baby isnt feeling well. My parent's corgi is sick right now also, and sounds like similar symptoms. He was vomiting and had diarrhea, and was listless and lethargic. He also had a fever. They did an x-ray and blood work, and they couldn't find anything wrong. He still was sick though, so then they did a sonagram (the kind they stick down his throat). They then found an intestinal blockage, which didn't show up in the x-ray because it was something tin or aluminum he had swallowed. It caused an infection, which was the reason for the symptoms he showed. He had surgery last night, and now is being monitored in recovery.

I just wanted to share this with you in case nothing shows up in the blood work or other tests, that maybe you should suggest a sonagram. I hope your baby is better soon, sending wishes for a speedy recovery!

Oh no, i'm so sorry to hear that Simon is sick. I hope they find something on the barium test today, tho if he's have diarrhea i don't think they will find anything stuck in there. Hopefully its just a stomach bug and the meds will make him feel better soon. more fluids and antibiotics will do him good. good luck at the vet today. i'll be thinking about simon all day until i get home to read any updates.
