Hi- I just saw this post and wanted to say I'm soo sorry your baby isnt feeling well. My parent's corgi is sick right now also, and sounds like similar symptoms. He was vomiting and had diarrhea, and was listless and lethargic. He also had a fever. They did an x-ray and blood work, and they couldn't find anything wrong. He still was sick though, so then they did a sonagram (the kind they stick down his throat). They then found an intestinal blockage, which didn't show up in the x-ray because it was something tin or aluminum he had swallowed. It caused an infection, which was the reason for the symptoms he showed. He had surgery last night, and now is being monitored in recovery.
I just wanted to share this with you in case nothing shows up in the blood work or other tests, that maybe you should suggest a sonagram. I hope your baby is better soon, sending wishes for a speedy recovery!
