| That makes me so happy that I have passed the "good mama test"...I wish I could do more but you are correct in saying that he was too small to come home...I wasn't one of those people who went on a search for a tiny tiny dog..I just fell in love with him and he happened to be a little bitty guy. He had a small mom and so he ended up pretty little...His poor mom had to have a C section and they will NEVER let her have puppies again. I don't know why in the first place her poor health was jeopardized but she luckily made it through the pregnancy and has since been fixed to avoid this again. I am so sorry for the doggies that are bred to be so small and kept sick ( I read that puppy mills and some breeders do that). If I had it my way, my little guy wouldn't be so tiny and he would weigh 2 or 3 x's what he does now...I am soooo glad to have heard people's success stories with their little ones too...so reassuring and it just gives me so much hope! But from a mommy of a really small baby, it is still so scary! |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Great news!!! Just keep an eye out for any future Hypoglycemic episodes. Cali had 3 her last when she was 6 months old. I still feed her 3 times a day.
