| I would NEVER in a million years hurt my boys... or make them sleep outside, BUT omg.. they are over a year old now and NOT housebroken and its very frustrating! Im going to the vet again on the 8th, a week from today and hopefully she can help me with this issue. But man, this guy, I mean you just don't kick a 2lb dog... you don't do it! |

| I just came across this thread......I hope the little guy finds a really great home to love him properly! As for the husband kicking a 2 lb dog, that is unexcusable. He could have injured him even more or killed him. He should have been ticketed for animal abuse! Please keep us updated with the little guy's progress. Also once your dog is vacinated against kennel cough (mine gets a shot with her others every year) isn't that supposed to protect them against getting it? It sounds like the puppy is in the best place possible but my understanding was my dog couldn't get kennel cough once she was vacinated? So why couldn't he be placed sooner? I had adopted 2 dogs from a shelter that both had kennel cough, it is very easy to treat, but I rescued them in the nick of time because all the other animals at the shelter were put down the next day.....very sad....the shelter called and asked if I still wanted the dogs I had adopted.....like I would give them up to be put down. Sorry I got off subject, just curious about the length of time for placement. Thanks, Michele & Bailey |

| Update!!!! Don't you just love happy endings?!? Looks like this little baby is in his forever home!! My friend who has been fostering this tiny baby will be keeping him if nothing unforseen happens! The owner was amazed that he hasn't done anything "naughty" at my friends house and acknowledges that the bad behavior has to be because of the environment at her new home. She believes that he will be much better off just to leave him where he is because he is happy and well-behaved! My friend is thrilled .... I, of course, told her that I will spread a rumor that she has become a "hoarder"!! Seriously, he could never, ever find a home where he will be more spoiled nor loved any more than with her and her family! I am soooo happy for him!
