| Kennel looked clean but crowded Yes, the breeders kennel looked clean but she sure had a lot of dogs. My vet said that most kennels have a problem with coccidia because the adult dogs have it and pass it to the puppies. Then the puppies are hard to keep out of the feces and keep reinfecting themselves. The vet said that most of the adult dogs that survive at the kennel have just built up immunity to it. |

| I am supposed to pick him up at 5:30 today if I don't hear otherwise. The vet did call yesterday and was very optomistic sounding, but was very careful not to sound too overly promising. I think she (the vet) really thinks he will be fine but doesn't want the liability of saying so. Thanks for everyone's concerns and thoughts. |
