| I'm sorry that you and poor Gracie have to go through this! But, she is probably better off with a break! A break is pretty straight forward and should heal just fine! Our lab had a dislocated hip from being hit by a car and he had to have two surgeries and he still has problems, a few years later. Strains or sprains are sometimes worse than a break, and take longer to heal. So, hopefully Gracie will have a quick and uncomplicated recovery. Don't let your husband blame himself, these little guys are just so quick! The day we went to meet Tucker at the breeder he was about 8 weeks old and I was sitting in the chair, holding him on my lap. All of a sudden, he just dove into thin air! I was able to catch him, but he scared me half to death! Happy thoughts are going out to Gracie for a speedy recovery!

Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | They are so quick, we have to really hold onto Baby Blessing she is really fast too. It is scarey. We sure hope Baby Gracie is not in a lot of pain and that she will heal real fast. I am so sorry over your loss in September, we had to go through that too in Nov. still having a hard time dealing with our loss. That is hard. I worry about Baby Blessing when she don't eat good so I know you are really stressed over Gracie getting hurt. Our prayers for her to heal real quick. Patti and ~Baby Blessing~ |

| So sorry for your furbaby Gracie. At 8 months somebody had dropped N'Stein on a cement floor and the bones of his foot were broken. It tooked 6 weeks to get it well and now everything is fine. The only problem we had was that N'Stein removedi his splint 3 times, it cost me a fortune to get the splint done again ( because it was during x-mas time and I had to go to the emergency) I know how you feel, the culpability, the pity of seeing your baby like this, feeling sorry for her. But just take care of her and you will be amaze how fast she will be running with her cast.....good luck trying to stop her

| Oh, goodness. I am sorry to hear about Gracie and her boo-boo. She is young and will heal so much faster than an older dog.. They are quick as my dad used to say "greased lightning" and we can not always know what is on their minds. I remember when Jesse was little and just landed wrong off a 1 foot high foot stool and broke his front paw..Played the victim forever.. As for the stroller, I have one for my critters and I love it..maybe you can find one on Ebay or somewhere...once you use it, you will like it. |

| poor baby , hope she feels better real soon ! Just go figure, couple of mo. ago my Rosi jumped oot of my 4X4 Truck Window, normaly i allways got her strapped in her seat, but Mom had to run into Postoffice(was parked) so i undid her leash i had my Window down, she flew out that window in just a blink, she landed on all fours ... i about had a heart attack, thought forshure she broke something, but thank god she was ok but i think it scared her just as bad . Never been sooo scared, my knees where shaking all the way home ! Needless to say from then on she is staying strapped in !!!! You never know what these little buggers going to do next ! Will keep your little one in my prayers so she heals fast ! |
