YT 2000 Club Member | dog I never take my yorkies to those places. I have a groomer that comes to my home. She is excellent. Those groomers out there have been known to hit dogs with brushes yank on them and just be mean. Some are so inexperienced they razor burn your dog.sounds like your dog was burned. Please do not go there. Get a reputable home groomer and watch them work. L |

| Defiantly groom your own dogs! Those darn groomers are filled with diseases it's not worth it, plus Yorkshire love being groomed as you too will bond more together

| Never allow any of my Yorkies to be alone at a groomer.....no offense to the trust worthy ones. Seen so many lousy cuts that I decided that if my dogs were going to have a lousy cut it might as well be free and by me. Wish your baby the best.

LMAO. I'm sorry, I don't think this is funny. At. All. I"m learning to groom chewie, due to a reaction to a groomer. However, the pony they put her top knot in had a huge snarl. I couldn't get it out, so, I thought.. alright. I'm buying her a replacement lovie (she adores her piggy toy- her old one's squeaker broke) and a few other toys to replace the ones I tossed. My husband was right outside the window watching like a hawk, and my daughter was in the room. I stupidly wandered off. Yeah, my husband had to go in there 4 times. For a 3 minute job. They were CHOKING her. He yelled at the groomer for the- to be blunt- noose around her neck. Yelled that only two feet were on the ground, yelled that they held her in a headlock, and finally said, you are to keep all four feet on the ground, and hold her GENTLY. They weren't happy, but, they can go you know what themselves. I'm so sorry. The crap that they are learning doesn't fly. How 'bout I put them in a noose? I hope your little one recovers quickly!!! | |
