I knew he would be back home! I am so happy for you and your beautiful family. I am thanking the Lord for answering our prayers and bringing you to the nice people to get Teddy back. What a great ending to a very scary time. Teddy is home, enjoy him and your very sweet little boy!

I am so happy for you! My Bug (toy poodle) disappeared for a few days (the neighbor 'borrowed' him grrrr!) The agony I went through worrying and searching and the tears! Oh! I was beside myself. I was reliving that horror all over again with you.

I teared up a bit seeing your gorgeous family, you all are so beautiful (that baby's smile is just heavenly!)

I am just so happy all has ended well.
Please, share more pictures of your beautiful family. I would love to see some of your homeland, too. I am always interested in seeing other places.

I thought I'd come back and share a few details with you. I think what helped sealed the deal was that I put quite a generous reward. Not that many people here would spend a thousand US dollars on a new dog, let alone an "old" one. So we managed to create some buzz around here, we were very careful not to overdo it though (for the fear of kidnapping, I probably watched too many movies). Anyway, the first time the daughter came to tell me they had Teddy, she said they did not want any money, but when she called me the second time, she said she was sorry, and that it was her father who found Teddy and so she would leave it to him to decide whether to take the money or not. In short, he took half. I truly believe they loved Teddy, and if we weren't looking, they would give him a nice home. But money were still good, so that also played the trick. I am happy it did, I'd rather pay and part peacefully than having to involve police and go through this agony any longer.

Yes, that was my nightmare too, that people who found him won't want to return him. He is adorable, and instantly loveable. So that's also the reason why I had to put up a generous reward.

Did you find Bug? I sure hope you did! Yes, the agony is horrible, especially after receiving calls that he might be on the starving, dehydrated and cold. I am so glad it's over.

Soooo very very happy for you what an ordeal to go threw. But it came to an awesome conclusion. Lots to teddy kisses from everyone tonight. Maybe have fur baby sitters.
