| I just did this recently on myself (tired of getting up to reheat the thing!) for my own neck injury... I folded a fleece baby blanket ($ store variety) into a triangle and laid it like a scarf around my neck, so it would go down my spine a bit... it traps your body heat and doesn't cool down. Really lightweight if the weight of the wet washcloth is uncomfortable to him.
