Thanks! Your post made me think of another thing I am going to try. Last night I heated up the little neck wrap that I have (the ones that are filled with rice or beans)...not sure what is in mine. Anyway....I might cut some little triangles out of flannel and make a pad for him. He fell asleep with that thing last night...but it was kind of heavy and he had to be on his side for it. I can make a small one for him!

I know moist heat is good, but I also have gotten relief myself from that thing.
