| 2 things, That was really funny about changing names to Griswold. It got me thinking, why CAN'T you change both your names? Why is it always the woman who changes? Can a man change his name to his wife's name? And if so, can both change their names? And, if you guys can get through this together, then you will have a fine marriage I bet. Good luck. Second, How have her stools been? I have to believe that dogs are like people in that sometimes long-term antibiotics cause diarrhea. Too much of the good bacteria in the gut gets killed off and causes it. Some people take pro-biotics or eat lots of yogurt. I just mention in because you don't want that problem if you can avoid it. Maybe mention it to the vet? |

| I've heard of sometimes both people changing their names! Some people combine and come up with a new name or whatever. I am actually kind of sad about losing my last name but I am traditional and I want to have the same last name as my husband! I should ask if he wants to change to mine lol! Layla's stools have been great! Our local vet had us switch to a prescription food last month, and it caused lots of diarrhea. Since we express that as well, it's really tough to get it out when it's squishy The new vet told us she saw no crystals in her bladder at all and that she sees no reason why she need to stay on a prescription diet, so we changed her back to her normal food and now she has normal solid poops again She gets another culture and urinalysis done in a week so if there are crystals again, we'll know it's the food. I will keep an eye on it though! Thanks for the tip!

| I am so glad that Layla is getting better and you have found a better and cheaper Vet. I am sorry to hear how the sitter is neglecting her job. Good thing you and Scott are such detectives since your poor babies can't complain to you. I hope you can resolve the situation without too much drama. Best Wishes.

| Ok, so there is a bright side to her condition....you are saying that even if she HAD diarrhea she wouldn't poop it all over the house because she can't? See, you didn't know there were some good things! I'm just kidding. It is a shame about her problems, but you seem to be a great mommy taking care of her and keeping her happy. |

| Linz, Layla is so very lucky to have you and Scott! You are both her angels. It is truly heartwarming to see how much you love her and how well you both take care of her. I pray most of her health issues go away now and that she fully recovers from her infection. My thoughts are with you both!
