| Okay- I am home! I am totally livid at the first ER vet to be honest- I think he was just an incompetent vet who didn't know what he was doing. Armani has an ulcer in his eye- which is what I thought when I went in this morning- it should have been a pretty easy fix for a normal vet to handle. Instead the vet totally freaks me out, with the fact that it could possibly be a brain tumor, or maybe he just needs the eye removed- pay 91 dollars and go on your way. He did nothing for him, didn't even give him pain meds or anything for the whole two hour trip to the other vet. He screamed most of the way there- it was terrible. My mother drove me, she said she didn't know who cried more me or him. LOL! Thankfully the other vet- while far away- is amazing. They took him right in, gave him something for the pain and started treatment immediately. They said it is just an ulcer- not even the worst kind. They sent me home with a huge bag full of meds so she should be more comfortable soon. He will see our normal vet in a few days to re-check and make sure everything is healing as soon as possible. They were very happy I came in as soon as I did though- because they said these ulcers are extremely painful and are most easily treated when caught early. I noticed the second I got out of bed this morning and literally went to the first vet in my pj's. He is resting more peacefully now that I switched him from the cone they gave us to his soft cone. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE WELL WISHES FOR MY LITTLE MAN- I CAN'T EVER STAND THE THOUGHT OF HIM BEING IN PAIN. Okay- running to shower, still havent had a chance to do that today!
