I am worrying myself sick over little Cassie and what her mommy is going through.

I was glad to hear that Muffin's liver tests were good. I'm praying hard this morning.

I am glad to hear of the good news on Muffin and I am praying so hard that Cassie will improve. May God guide the doctors and St. Francis, patron saint of animals protect her.

I'm just seeing the update; saying prayers for little Cassie and so glad that Muffin is doing better.

Who would have thought? I know I never would have known that such a small amount . . . would cause harm.

Cassie is resting and sleeping. Still crackles are still being heard. They will try to test her liver function today,but the clotting factor indicates pretty serious liver failure they say. Muffin doing okay so far.

Much love to all. Going to the doctor for my dad, so I will be in San Diego today for awhile, may not be able to give updates for awhile. Please keep praying. Love, Shellie

So glad little Cassie made it through the night and still hoping her liver can come back from the damage. Do they think Muffin is in the clear or too soon to say? Sounds like you have a lot on your plate with your Dad having to go to the doctor and your little babies so ill. Hope is still strong and prayers continue.

Dogs can live with 1/4 - 1/3 of a functioning liver... hopefully the liver protectant they are giving her will help... and the liver can regenerate to an extent... keeping the prayers going....

Too soon to say about Muffin, but she is doing well. Have to wait another 12 to 24 hours.
