OK Let me know - she is allergic to uh EVERYTHING lolll

no loose stools at all while on coconut oil - perfect poopies when she was off it and probiotics she got clostridium along with staph infections so they both helped alot

yes good memory i pill her with cod only and she only gets purina ha besides that - really should feed her dr dodds liver cleansing diet but for now sticking to that. Jean is suppose to come out with her diet in canned form. I told her to make frozen lollll bc i do not like stuff in a can but she is working on the canned form.

sounds interesting; what type of food will she be selling; for allergies?

i cant say for sure it didnt help; it's just she was so sick that nothing seemed to work at that point. so i discontinued everything. i am going to try the omega 3 for now; if it's too much for her to handle then i will try the coconut oil again.

i cought ava eating her poop today; i guess she has been doing this for few days now; i was wondering why her breath was stinky; and i haven't picked up much poop. now i know.
OMG i know she' s hungry all the time cause of the prednisone; but is this normal. she used to do that when she was a puppy but haven't done it for a long time. what should i do. she goes on the pad when i am not here sometimes and so she's eating it. i am scared she will get sick again because of this.
ps; she didnt do that while on homecooked ground turkey and oatmeal; only with this new food purina EN canned. i guess it smells good.

once she is regulated it may be better. Not much you can do other than give her pineapple but with all her issues I would not recommend that for her. We have to do poop patrol as my two yorks love to eat demi's poop

she wont get sick from the poo;
now her breath stinks; i brush her teeth and her breath never stank. u think it will go away?

how many times a day are you feeding her?

dex eats demi poop once in a great while and does not get sick -- I guess you could say it is a hydrolized diet as it is broken down already lolllll

she eats 3 times daily

she used to do that; now with the new food purina en canned; she's pooping 3 to 4 times daily; i know she does it in am because i clean up this one; and sometimes i get to clean up the pm one if i am not at the gym. yesterday i didn't reach her in time before she ate it. and i know she does it during the day because i come and i find small pieces all over and u can tell she moved them from the pad. by the way her poop are huge not tiny. i thought this food was highly digestible; doesn't that mean she shouldn't poop as much or as big.

by the way also after she eats her stomach makes gurgling and bubly noises; is that normal.

Is it high in fiber as high fiber diets have more stool - could be highly digestible diets produce more poop too

no dex does not make gurgling sounds but she has a worse case of it than dex I think. You just switched the food so may take some time. If she is doing better maybe go to 3 times a day instead of 4 and feed her and watch her until she poops that is what we have to do with demi or the others will go after her poop. Not fun but this is my life lollll Poop Patrol Mom

i called her vet who said that ava might be having trouble digesting the beef in the EN. so i was told to start introducing the homecooked turkey and oatmeal again to see if the stool will decrease and the poo eating will stop. that way we know for sure that this problem comes from the EN. so i will start introducing the homecooked food again tonight to see. now we have to start the hunt for another food once more. most likely turkey based, rabit or venision; no beef or chicken. any advice?
