| Aw, poor Penny, bee stings bring adults to tears, it must have been very painful for her. Thank goodness you rushed her to the vet and hopefully she'll be just fine.

| Ohhhhhh, I'm so sorry this happened...My Apple got stung by a bee, about a month ago, and I had just finished taking a cpr/first aid class!!! I saw it happen, and grabbed her up, and saw the stinger in her bottom lip, and got it out immediately...The longer the stinger is in, the more poison goes through...It's like a slow shot, delivering the poison...Anyway, I got it out w/in 30 seconds of the sting, and she was fine...Glad you got your baby to the vet, immediately...Whew, that's scarry... |

| Wow that is so scary! I'm so glad your story has a happy ending! When you were talking about benadryl for the allergic reaction, do you mean the lotion or the pill? Just curious? Mine have never been stung. So just in case they were allergic and were stung it'd be good to know! |
