So scary, you handled that great. I'm allergic to bees too, so I know how fast you have to move. Poor little baby and mommy, I'll bet you are as exhausted and she is. Sleep well. Isn't parent hood fun? Now you know what you Mom went through, remember Mothers Day.

lol cathy my moms name is Kathie and the WHOLE TIME we were in the ER shes like when you were penny's age and when you girls were little and when your brother was born and when you were one and a half you busted your head open and i had to carry you into the emergency room covered in blood ( i have the scar to prove it ) it was like having my daughter (when i have one ) in the hospital i was so scared.
P.S. Ive had her mothers day present for a whole month and i CANT WAIT to give it to her!

Ha,Ha, I'm a mother of 5 skin babies and 3 furbabies and it is no different except they don't talk back, ask for money and tell me how stupid I am. Can you tell I have teenagers? I'm sure you will make your Mother's Day great.

kids these days..im almost 26 and i still dont back talk my mom and if i called her stupid she would knock me into next week!

FYI, Bee stings are accumulative meaning the next time will be worse and so on. You should always keep benadryl on hand in case she gets stung again. Write the dose on the box as when you are in a panic you will not remember the dose and you don't want to waste time looking it up, remember every second counts with an allergic reaction. Also if you see her get stung and can find and pull the stinger out you can use the bulb in a snake bite kit to suck out the venom . I carry one in my van and keep one in the house.You can buy the bulb separately at Wal-mart.

OK.. so how much would you give a yorkie who is about 4.9 lbs. & also how do you get the stinger out, do you use tweezers? I already have a dh with bee allergies, it is horrible to deal with sometimes!

thank you for your concern I work at target and we have been running around like chickens with our heads cut off to get all this stuff off the shelf...they just keep popping up...To furthur inform anyone who might be worried about it just the name brand is in recall if your cheap like me you by the stores brand and that one is just fine if you have a recalled product dont be afraid to take it back to where it was purchased you get a refund.

ok update time: after a VERY long night for me not her she slept like a dream even body slammed mommys face once during the night

shes using her paw just fine chasing her mommy around licking the cats and biting her sister....im so thankfull

Glad she is doing so much better. My kids don't come right out and say i'm stupid, it's in the roll of the eyes.

Thats ok like my Mom always told me , can't wait tell they have kids of their own. You just can't understand tell then. Looking forward to it.

ya the car ride was the easy part it wasnt till we walked in and the nurse said whats wrong...then i broke down I DONT KNOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW could hardly fill out paperwork

The trips to the ER are never fun! I've had more than I'd like to recall. I am glad your baby is doing better now! I know of another Yorkie who had an allergic reaction to a bee sting and his mom carries an epi-pen for him.

I hope no more bees get him!!
