I couldn't have said it better...Had it been me, it would have been all over, but the shoutin'!!! Those ppl serve us, and we make their mortgage payment...If they forget who they serve, then we will have to forget we know them...Sorry you had to deal w/this, and so glad that your baby is on the mend...My little buzzy boy has hairy ears, and has to have the hair pulled...It almost makes me cry, when they have to do it...But, it's an infection, if they don't...Take care of yourself and that precious baby of yours...

| Trust me they will all get an earfull but my Tiffaney has to go back in 10 days for a follow up with her regular vet and then 21 days later. I want to make sure she gets the care she is entitled to and that I payed for over 1,000.00. I am also writing a letter to the owner of this corporation (he is a vet himself) Today I was just grateful to get my baby out of there and honestly I was emotionally drained; not in any condition to argue with this vet.

| So glad she's at home now, hope she feels better soon!!! I can't even imagine a vet treating you like that! They are outrageously overpriced and we are paying them for a service. I changed vets when I got Oliver, because I couldn't go back into the room where I put my first dog down... and they've been nothing but great. They called to see how he was after he was seen for vomitting, and they called last week after his shots to see how he was. I know they'll be just as considerate when I take Mya in to be spayed. Definitely search for a new vet. There are good ones out there!! And we need to feel confident that if our regular vet isn't in the office, that whomever we DO see will give us the same kind of care and consideration.

and NO you are not expecting too much of that vet. IMO - they seem to be about the $$ based on what you just said....Hospital care involves not only the physical but emotional issues - any doctor with a heart would be trying to set your mind at ease - which applies to regular doctors AND vets
