| How to I get it out of the back yard? How long can these parasites live? My doggies like eating the grass back there, I do I get them not to eat grass? Debbie have you ever experienced anything like this?

| Chewy has been doing better lately, but we have to take him in on Friday to get another stool sample to make sure he cleared it, I heard it is hard for them to get over it but we are keeping our fingers crossed, we will let you know. I really hope he didnt infect Tigger or Peanut, it doesnt seem that way though, they are eating and playing and doing fine with normal bowels. I saw another thread where you posted about taking pictures, great idea if it happens again I will take some pics.

i hope chewy is ok but keep in mind giardia is hard to detect and can take a few stool samples to rule it out the ims told me to test once a week for 3 weeks to make sure it is not there or it is gone so you might want to do this before exposing your other dogs to him | |
