| :( My yorkie is acting weird too. I just got him a couple of days ago. The first day went fine.. he's running and playing around the house. He jumps when there's food and all. He's really playful during the first 3 days. Then something happened. he fell down 3 flights of stairs on his attempt to go down and play with me. From then on, he's a lil dull. He sleeps all the time and going outside doesn't excite him at all. He doesn't play much now. Is it because he's having a hard time adopting to his new environment? or is it TRAUMA? Or maybe the food he's eating? By the way, he doesn't wanna eat the dog food I just bought in the market. I tried putting it in milk and warm water too but still failed. So I had no hoice but to feed him with people food. Please...I need help!! it's my first yorkie everrr! |

| first off yo should diffently not let him near any stairs ever! its very dangerous espically because there so little he many have gotten hurt?? did you take him to the vet?? when i first got capone my grandma dropped him he was so scared but he was fine after some love and cuddling ...i dont want to scare you but there a chance he might have hurt himself there like babys when there puppys there head are soft im sure its nothing that cant be fixed you should just take him in for a check up and tell the doctor what happend also with the food is it diffrent from the food he was previously being fed? he may just not like it you should try a diffrent brand im sure your baby will be fun and playful again soon! just give him lots of love and affection and make sure he feels safe and hell be wonderful you guys just need to bond! |

| I just went through a bought of stomach issues with Milo, my plan was too give him some pumpkin to settle his stomach, but than he threw up a few more times so I took him to the Vet turned out he had a fever and now is on meds they are treating him for a stomach but it seems to be going around here. Make sure Capone gets plenty of water as not to get Cesare and if you see no improvement or he throws up again take him to the Vet. Hope he feels better. Quote:

| This happend to my yorkie a few months ago where she was sick and acting differently. We got told yorkies often have their "off" days where there arent themselves, so we let her rest and she has been fine ever since |

| Yeah. went to the vet and doc said he's okay. yorkies like his age would sometimes be quiet because they're maturing. And he said sometimes they need their "alone time". Thanks a lot for the help.
