| ![]() I have not read through all the posts. If this pup is that sick (A) Bringing him back to the pet store is a sure death sentence. They pay next to nothing for these pups and it costs them more to treat a pup then to just put it down or return it to the puppymill for another. The pup will either be left to die or with a little compassion put to sleep. A miller won't even bother to put it to sleep he'll just throw him out to the garbage dead or alive. (B) I did read you are on a fixed income. I certainly understand that. I also understand the amount of money the boyfriend may have paid. In life sometimes lessons are expensive. Coming from a compassionate animal lover I would personally eat the cost (At this point and go after the shop later) and if I could not pay for the proper vet care myself I would then turn him over to a reputable Yorkie rescue where that rescue would ensure that the pup gets treatment. I am more then sure that they the rescue will back your claims in which case should the pup die you could possibly seek out monetary damages via the puppy lemon law. At the least you will know that you as a human being and a compassionate animal lover have done everything possible to ensure that this pup is not suffering. Just my oppinion. By the way I see you are from NY. My husband is a retired NYC Police Officer from Brooklyn. Lived in the 62 precinct and worked out of the 78. Good luck. Elaine |

| ![]() Hi Elaine, The puppy is in good hands and is being treated by a vet. On the other hand, I called the attorney generals office and requested a complaint form. My niece is going to fill it out and mail it in. I would do it for her but it's her journey. Her life's lessons. I can only guide her with loving advice and support. Thank you, Melinda |
