I'm so sorry to hear of your terrible loss. As I was reading this thread, I was hoping to see a happy ending by the last page. I know you did all your could for your sweet baby.

Please make sure you get the help you need, as this could worsen your anxiety and depression.

You both are in my thoughts.

I'm so very sorry to read this. This is just horrible news. I was so worried about my Chase when he had his surgery but he came through fine. What happened to Max seems to happen all too often with these small dogs. It's such a tragedy.

I know you're grieving for Max and so many of us here are, too. I'm sure you're as shocked by this as we are. Please remember that Max needed this surgery so you had no option. This could have well happened even if he had his surgery earlier. It's just sad beyond words.

All my prayers for you at this time and many special prayers for Max. I know you have many special memories of him that you will keep close to your heart.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear this.

I had Max in my thoughts today as I had read that his surgery was coming up.

Please remember that you were doing the best thing for Max. He was loved, and he knew it.

Did Max have broken front legs in 2006 too?
I was looking at the pictures in your album
and the one shows him with cast on his
poor little legs in 2006.

This is devastating,I cant believe with what he has been thru, he couldn;t make the surgery,poor little Guy probably gave up. I could'nt sleep well last night thinking of you, how sad, my heart is broken for you and the whole fam., but especially for Max,I want you to know how bad I feel, but God will take good care of him, he has crossed over the rainbow bridge, maybe he is playing withM my little six pups up there,I hope soMay he RIP and help you thru this terrible shocking time..

Sorry about you loss!!! I was reading this for the first time and was getting excited as i was getting closer to today's date....my heart skipped a beat, I'm so sad and upset by the news.
