Ok everyone, tomorrow's the DAY! I drop my precious Max off at 7 am for his legs surgery. Max has been very cuddily and snuggily for the past few days, he's probably picking up my nervousness. I sure hope everything goes well and he doesn't have any problems with the anesthesia. You know sometimes just reading in this area, a person can get really stressed reading about things that could go wrong. I'm just hoping for the best and giving lots of love between now and tomorrow morning. Your prayers will be welcome. I'll let you all know how it goes tomorrow.

Sending tons and tons of prayers for you and Max. Please let us know as soon as you can how max is doing after surgery. He's a tough little guy, I have faith that he will do just fine.

Cindy, Im so glad Max will be getting the treatment he needs. I have a 10 month old that loves to run and play and its so sad to see Max not being able to do this. Please let us know how it goes...

Ok, I brought Max to the vet this morning and gave him a kiss and a hug. At about 10:30 the vet called me. He said that Max had a heart attack on the operating table and they tried for 45 minutes to bring him back. But they couldn't. The vet was just devastated, he in all of the 20 years that he had been practicing, had never had a pup die.

My baby is gone....I loved him so much and now he's gone.

OMG! NO! NO!

My heart is BROKEN for you! I am sooo sorry for your loss! So very very sorry. Its just not fair... poor Max, poor you! You are in my prayers, what a sad sad tragedy! RIP sweet Max...

Sometimes I wonder if these babies are better off left 'broken' sometimes than for this to happen. These types of stories BREAK MY HEART for the family, the pup and those reading and keeping up.

Yes, we will do anything for our babies!!! Good luck emotionally and financially! It is a long road but he loves you for it, and he knows you are both in it together! Love overcomes anything you will see!!
