| God bless you and your family, you did all that you could for your baby Buster. I hope that you will find another baby when the time is right for you and that he will help to heal your broken heart. Yorkies are truly special and they will steal your heart away in no time at all. Hang in there and I am so sorry for your loss

| I am so sorry... I just got home and ran to the computer to find out about little Buster - I am sitting here crying for your loss. I am so glad to hear you are considering another yorkie (or two) - they are special little guys. I just lost my 10 year old Oscar on Jan 31st (after a six month and expensive illness) and I thought I would never be the same. However, my husband bought me Carson on Valentine's Day and I can't tell you how that little boy has brought such happiness back into my life. Good luck and please stay in touch on YT. I've only been here since Oscar's passing - however, reading everyone's love and devotion to their yorkies bring me such joy. Sending your family a big hug! |

| My wife and I have done some more research on the mill pups that are rescued. We really want to get a rescue pup but I don't know. They say that they can have serious health issues so we will prob try to find a healthy pup. We will prob try to find someone on here or someone closer to our area. I just don't want to have to go through this again. We have been home for a little while and had to break it to the kids. I did go to the pet store and they gave me my money back and paid me back for the vet bill. I will want to take my time and find the right breeder. We will prob check EVERYTHING out before we make the next decision. If there is anyone that has some pups that are somewhat close to our area please let us know. Once again thanks for all your help. Brandon |

| Donating YT 500 Club Member | To the Brown family: I have been reading all the updates on your precious Buster Brown. It has been a blessing to hear your loyalty to him when it would have been so much easier to return him as damaged goods. Your children have seen a life lesson played out in front of them that few witness. They have seen their parents' love and loyalty, compassion and tenderness for a tiny creature. They also saw how you never gave up on him and how you adapted your life to help him. What a beautiful memory Buster Brown allowed you to give your children! Even though this involved the loss of a beloved pet, you children have witnessed first hand how responsible and caring their parents are. They have also seen that you didn't quit just because the journey got rough. They'll also see that losing Buster Brown did not harden your hearts to having a pet but opened it even wider. Your interaction and obvious love for Buster has touched so many of us. Thank you for allowing us to share a few steps of the journey. I think not only will the pet you choose be a lucky dog, but your children will recognize how very fortunate they are to have you for parents. God bless, TOY |
