| You could ask your vet for a prescription for Hill's L/D (none of the others would be appropriate if your dog really is liver compromised which we don't know yet) or Royal Canin Hepatic LS 14. Low protein is important, but type of protein is just as important. Animal proteins are hardest on them. It's also important to remember that your dog is just a little puppy. They need more protein than adults also...

| I'm going to go in tomorrow & talk to him, it's hard to get him to talk on the phone. I'll bring up those foods because she definitely needs something besides the baby food. Although she's been running laps through the entire house with the others on her tail. I can't slow her down & when I separate them she screams bloody murder. |
