I am sooo sorry. I hope your baby is fine.

My older dog has seizures. They are frightening during the episode, but he comes out of it pretty soon and is fine other than tired afterward. So this prolonged malaise doesn't sound right.

Perhaps during the seizure, she hurt her back (ie., pulled a muscle) and is in too much pain to move. That has happened to Reggie a couple of times. I hope it's just something treatable like that.

If the roads are bad tonight, they may still be bad in the morning. I would try to get her to the ER vet tonight. she needs to go ASAP. Ill keep her in my prayers. Most seizures they jerk. sounds like she might have a head, neck or back injury. and I would find another vet. to tell you to wait until tomorrow, thats not a very good vet.

This does not sound good.

Does she move her eyes? She she look at you?

Please keep us posted. Good luck with the vet Sweetie. This furbaby definitely needs to be seen ASAP.

Im sorry that I havent posted back.
Husband got very angry at me for posting about her and told me shut down the computer.He just feel asleep so I got online
we've both been up with her all night.
She is still the same.no better
She does look at me with her eyes and follows me.
I think she had a stroke. This is just what my other dog did

My vet opens at 8..so hopefully I can be the first one in.

Oh Gosh what an awful situation. I live far from anything also and I can see that in bad weather you wouldn't be able to go... How awful!!!!

Sounds downright scary, especially being trapped by bad roads and I hope that you're able to get to the vet today.

Oh, I'm so sad for you.... I will be praying that whatever is going on, the vet will be able to diagnose and help her out and that she will come out of this whole! lots of prayers coming your way...let us know what happens.
