My older dog has seizures. They are frightening during the episode, but he comes out of it pretty soon and is fine other than tired afterward. So this prolonged malaise doesn't sound right.
Perhaps during the seizure, she hurt her back (ie., pulled a muscle) and is in too much pain to move. That has happened to Reggie a couple of times. I hope it's just something treatable like that.
