Her baby went in for surgery about a hour ago.... She is on pins and needles. We laughed and talked and even had a time of silence and even a emotional time if you could only imagine. She is holding up very well. I admire her.

I asked her many of questions and she asked me many... I feel really good about everything we talked about and I feel Lucy and mom will be home soon....

Vicki, Thank you for spending time talking with her. I am so sorry that all you sweet ladies have gone thru this, but at the same time thankful that Val was there for you and now you & Val can be there for Janice in a way that none of the rest of us can.

Continuing to pray for Janice and Lucy and the care of her other furbabies.

Prayers going out. I am so glad that we have a community that is willing to help each other at a drop of a dime. These little furbutts are really parts of our families.

UPDATE is great.. I just got off the phone with Janice.. She just got a call about 5 minutes ago that Lucy came out of surgery fine and is breathing on her own.. The next 24 hours is the big part now.. But I have a great feeling about this that Janice will see or hear that her baby is walking around on her own by the end of the night or by tomorrow morning.. So please keep those prayers coming..
This is just wonderful news I am doing the happy dance here..

I JUST GOT OFF PHONE WITH VAL AND LUCY IS OUT OF SURGERY AND BREATHING ON HER OWN!!

Can I jump through this screen and hug everyone of you now cause that is what I feel like doing?

Prayers that lucy continues to recover fast and without any problems. I cant imagine how awful this must be for her mum.
