| Guess who's home?! The vet called me this morning and told me that Franklin was doing perfectly and that I could come get him later today! I was incredibly excited. I raced there right after class and now he's sitting at home, laying in my lap. It's so wonderful to have him back! I fed him earlier and he just gobbled it all up. I can imagine he's hungry. I would be too after not eating for a week. He's so skinny... I just want to let him eat everything he wants but I don't want to upset his tummy. I want to thank you all for your kind words and prayers. I never would have made it through this without your support. Now I have a question. I'm supposed to keep him away from the places he's been in the house.... but in our house, that's everywhere! I mean there's literally not a place he hasn't been. I did my best to bleach the playpen, crate, toys, bowls and such... but I have to buy him a new blanket and bed. The vet said carpet was fine (which.. it would have to be.. how to bleach carpet?). But I have to clean EVERYTHING ELSE? That's virtually impossible. I'm keeping him out of the tiled kitchen right now.. I haven't mopped it yet. What else do I need to do? Thanks again. Love, Diana.. AND FRANKLIN!!

| First off....YAY for Franklin's homecoming!!!!! Sooo happy he is alright! It sounds like you are taking all the appropriate measures to disinfect all areas of you home. I know what you mean by saying he has been everywhere in the house so I think you're doing a great job of cleaning all his personal stuff and mopping the floors. I would just go on a major spring cleaning effort and dust, mop, sweep, and disinfect everything. Good luck!

| Great new...I am so happy you have your baby back. I am not sure on the cleaning question but I wonder if Lysol or another disinfectant spray would be safe?

| He just woke up from his nap.. now the little monster is running around eating everything he can! (Man, I've missed him ) I'm afraid to feed him because I don't want to upset his tummy but I think eating everything off the floor (I've done my best to get it all clean) will upset his tummy even MORE! What to do? Here are some what I like to call "after-parvo" pics! PS. Now he's barking at me because I'm not paying attention to him.

| I am so glad he is home. I would just hold him and carry him everywhere with me He is so cute. I wonder if the spray disinfectants would be ok. That's the way I would go.

| Great News A Success Story Wow Im So Happy He Is Home Safe And Sound To Me I Would Do Some Hard Core Cleaning Raise Your Windows And Lysol Everything Of Course Continue Bleaching...but The Main Thing You Wanna Lysol Is The Bottom Of Your Shoes You Could Have It On Your Shoes! That Is How A Friend Of Mine Gave It To Her Baby She Stepped In Poop And Whamo Her Baby Had It But It Took A Week Incubation Period Before Any Signs.. Clean Clean Clean Girl Anything And Everything And Lysol Everything But Make Sure Franklin Is Not Breathing All The Chemicals You Are Using .. Raise Your Windows Hugs Im So Happy For You !
