| Welcome to YorkieTalk! What an angel you are. Orphan Annie is precious. I don't have any advice for you, just wanted to say hi and congratulate the both of you on finding each other. |

| It looks like she's going to have some teeth pulled as well. I am furious that somebody can do this to an animal. She is truly the sweetest, most gentle little angel dog anybody could ask for. Her only goal in life is to make me happy at this point. Seeing her teeth make me so angry towards the person/s who did this to her. No matter how long Annie lives, I think I am hooked on taking in Yorkies that have been seized from abusive homes. The love and appreciation she shows me is so strong - stronger than the love I have received from any other pet I have ever had (and we're talking about a lot of love). After these animals have been through such hell, their capacity for love and appreciation is elevated. |

| Does anyone think the spot on her tummy could be a hernia? Just a thought. Little Annie sure hit the jackpot when she found you.

| The lumps on her belly make me uncomfortable, so glad you are taking her to the vet. Her teeth have been neglected and she may end up with no teeth. Charlie had extractions done by the vet on most of his teeth except the canines. They were worried his jaw would be broken, so I took him to a dental surgeon who was fantastic. Less time under sedation and perfect extraction. If she happens to loose all of her teeth, I simply portion out kibble for the next day in a container, cover with a small amount of water to soften, refrigerate overnight and mix with wet food that has been slightly warmed in the microwave. I do know how you feel about abuse, and I too was upset that people love to own animals but don't take care of them. Her coat is so thin but with your wonderful care, she will recover. Warmly, Deborah

| PS Glad to hear she is finding the potty pad. I would assume the grunting is due to pain in the area of the lumps. Giant step that she becomes excited to see you. Congratulations!

| Hi Everyone, The love I am receiving from Annie is so much more than I am giving to her. She is the sweetest, most obedient little angel dog I've ever met. Although puppies are adorable, I'll probably never go back to adopting a puppy again. For me, taking care of "wounded souls" is my calling. In just two days, Annie was fully going to the washroom on puppy pee pads. She's my little "heating pad" in my bed now and sleeps right beside me. I feel very blessed to have her in my life. Here is a picture of my little girl, Hannah, with her. Jamie |

| What you have done is amazing! You truly are a saint. If I had the means to do so and the room, I would love to do the same....Save some abused yorkies. It breaks my heart as well what people can do to these sweet dogs. All they want to do is love you and be loved. You have given her an amazing new start to life..even if she is 10...you know the rest of her life will be filled with lots of love!

| You are so sweet to have done all you have for Annie. You sure made my day better knowing that there are people out there willing to come to the rescue of sweet helpless animals. All the best to you and your family!
