Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Is your Yorkie lazier when it rains? I swear Eddie has a sore bunyan that tells him when it's raining. He typically won't even get out of bed on rainy days until I drag him out for our walk. Does anyone else have a rainy-day couch potato?

| Definitely! It was raining the other day & Sadie was all excited to go out. I put her harness/leash on her, got my umbrella & off we went. As soon as she stepped out into the rain, she turned around & marched right back to the door. My girl's no dummy! She knew what that stuff was & she wanted no part of it! So here I look like an idiot out in the rain begging her to come on & just go potty "real quick". Didn't work.

| No without a doubt. Winston hates storms...and paces non-stop, so he is definitely not lazier.

| I don't think Max is lazier...but he does not like a lot of rain! He's just not used to it at all, so he hates going out to potty in the rain and cold, but he's a little more wound up b/c we don't go for a walk or do as many things outside (the only rain he's actually seen was when we go up to N. CA to visit....it hasn't really rained here since he has been alive ...2 1/2 yrs). I do have raingear for him though, LOL....just in case!

I give you full marks for the raingear, though, lol. You are properly spoiling your pup.

| Conner has a covered pen to do his business, so he does not care that it is raining. He comes in and wants to play on the floor (and wants me to play also). I wish he would want to sleep in when it rains. The weather forecast is for rain tomorrow, but he will be up bright and early and want to get going with the day.

| I don't think Snooki is very effected by the weather. He seems to act the same regardless of sun or rain! He even acts the same in snow! Sometimes he's a little more hyper I'd say, when it rains. He runs around the house trying to get dry when he's wet! :P

| Sapphire is not lazy EVER! She is very hyper. But Gwen on the other hand is just lazy all the time, but when it rains she wont even go off the porch to potty. I don't know if she just dont like getting her feet wet or what.

Bragging??? OMG.....wait til I tell my dh this, LOL...he calls it something TOTALLY different...starts with a capital "B".... . And actually, I was lying....we moved here in 2000....that's the last time it we actually had REAL rain. NOW I get why they call this a "desert", and WHY those people called "snowbirds" leave in April .
