Definitely! It was raining the other day & Sadie was all excited to go out. I put her harness/leash on her, got my umbrella & off we went. As soon as she stepped out into the rain, she turned around & marched right back to the door. My girl's no dummy! She knew what that stuff was & she wanted no part of it! So here I look like an idiot out in the rain begging her to come on & just go potty "real quick". Didn't work.
