| Basic Commands? What basic commands does your Yorkie know (defined as responding correctly at least 90% of the time)? Check all that apply!

| I guess D: none of the above. Actually, Trixie does all of these things, but if you gave her these exact verbal commands, she would look at you like you're nuts! We can get her to do anything by snapping our fingers in a certain motion or direction. It's pretty cool actually. Funny thing is, we have no idea where she picked it up! We didn't purposely teach her to do this, I guess we were snapping at her when we were training her and she picked it up? OK...I take that back, she does know what 'sit' is...and 'get up' if she's on me and I need to move. |

| Ted knows sit, down,come and stay by voice or hand commands. On top of that he knows off (our version of leave it), drop it, roll over, up, play dead, high 5, crawl,wipe your feet and back up.

| Mine all know all but "heel" because the trainer I use doesn't really say "heel" as the command, but it is more "let's go". They all walk well on a leash though. No pulling or unnecessarily stopping unless I allow it. I find yorkies fairly easy to train and I give a verbal and a hand signal so that if I am far away and they cannot hear me but can see me they will still respons. They are also clicker trained. |

| WOW .... everyones puppies are geniuses! Siri knows "sit" and "drop it" and thats about it except for "up up" to which he stands up on his kind legs and kinda does this dancy thing- its hilarious... when i say come he sits...so we need to work on that one. when i say go potty he goes to his potty pads, sits, and does the head tilt. [he is 100% pee trained, and 98% poop trained.] i cant wait for him to learn all the commands and do more tricks :}

| Come, sit, down, stay, drop it, leave it, heel, stand up, twirl, walk across the room on back legs, beg, play dead "bang bang", roll over, crawl, spin around (on all 4's), speak on command and take a bow. That's the gist of the ones Sully knows and will do pretty much 100% of the time. He knows a few others too but we're still working on them

| Gus knows them all except heel - we are working on that one. He also knows give kisses, no bark, jump, lets put your hair up he jumps in my lap and puts his head down for that one and the difference between almost done and done. When I'm doing something he doesn't like, brushing or whatever, if he starts to get up I tell him almost done and he stays, when I say done he takes off. My favorite is when I tell him "Help Mama relax" he unties my shoes. Yorkies are so smart.
