| ![]() I chose #2. I think there are plenty of dog s who do fine with out training. But personally I looooooooooooooooooooooove training with Keeley. We took a puppy class when I first got him and it really helped me know how to teach and "be in charge" of him. My hubby and I are going to start intermediate classes at the end of the month. Not only do I want to extend Keeleys obedience (which could be a lot better then it is) but it is a lot of fun to have something outside of the home we get to do with Keeley, and be around other dogs and dog owners. I'd recomend it to any dog owner! |

| ![]() I also feel that whether you train at home or go to a class having your dog under control is of major importance. I hate seeing people that don't take the time and then they blame it on the dog being stupid or stubborn when they don't listen or misbehave. I am definitely for obedience training!

| ![]() i think training is best for all involved. a dog could get hurt or even killed if s/he is not trained to come when s/he's called (for example). the other obvious reason is so company can feel comfortable in your home whether they're a dog-lover or not. i don't like comparing dogs to kids but people are as impressed w/well mannered pets as they are well-mannered kids. |
