Trying to get a studio up and running, still working full time at my 9-5, so crazy busy..pop in frequently, but just haven't had much time to participate. Spring is my FAVORITE time of year, so have taken several pics lately that fit this theme..here are my submissions.

Thanks JMuedog! As you can imagine, Paisley Parker has become my little spokesdog...I will share my current cover shot. I also recently got the opportunity to photograph a gorgeous little maltese girl. I think she looks appropriate with the crown. LOL

OMG! What are those strange, colorful things??? Love those pictures! And the dogs melt my heart. Great shots too.

Our snow's slowly melting, but I haven't seen any flowers yet. I work at a newspaper, and I overheard the photo editor talking to a photographer the other day. He'd gotten an assignment to photograph some wildflowers that were popping up in town. But he couldn't find them. He spent what must have been an hour driving around town looking for these first flowers of spring, and I don't think he ever got a picture.

Should we do an Easter theme next? Or what should our next theme be?

I know it's a full moon. How about night shots. Stars/Moon Or we could do clouds.

I like that. Let's go with clouds just to keep it broad. Day/night no matter.

First one is a Lilac, second is a daffodil and third...your guess is as good as mine. LOL
I actually have a voodoo lily preparing to bloom right now, can't wait until it opens so I can hold my breath (they are also called a corpse flower) and get a pic. Right now it is 3' 4", and still growing, they can get over five feet tall. Of course the temp is supposed to drop tonight, so hope it doesn't get to it....
Little Miss Paisley has become quite the little model for me, well at least she is resigned to the fact that she must remain there until I am finished. LOL
Brooklyn (the maltese) must have had her pic taken an awful lot in the past too, she had the same attitude as Paisley.

Oh another favorite....love those BIG puffy white clouds with a VERY blue sky..hate it when I am working, and the clouds are perfect, makes me want to suddenly become "ill" so I can go get pics. LOL

I have not been participating much here lately because my dd took my camera. I figured that was a good reason to finally upgrade. Love the spring shots from everyone. I am going to love the clouds theme too. Backtracking a bit here are a couple of my first spring pictures. This is my bradford pear tree in bloom.

This is the first time to post here and I am not sure what the regulations are. Today I took a few pictures of Mrs. Beasley (she is 10 years old) sitting by Peonies. Peonies are my favorite flower.

What a beautiful peony bush,(and Mrs Beasley) mine just didn't happen this year and I'm not sure why, I hope I didn't disturbed the bulb, plenty of leaf but no flowers, still waiting for my pink peony to flower as well, hoping next year.
