Nice! I love NYC skylines! How'd you get the outside cathedral shot? Tripod? Had to be! Looks like a timed exposure where the cards were moving too fast to be stopped by the picture.

If not that, explain the trail of light!

I actually used my Olympus point and shoot on night portrait mode and sat it on a fence across the street... the trail of lights is traffic passing by while shutter was open.

Love the Rockefeller center day and night. Clouds make the first pic, and the flags were a nice touch in the night shot.

And aha! I figured that's what happened, but I KNOW how resistant you are to using a tripod. Good thinking!

The camera's are enough to lug around no one wants to bring a tripod too...
