Did it take you very long to learn photoshop, it took me quite awhile to learn Alot of the things it does.

Well I can do the basic things..but I am thinking it does alot more than what I have used it for so far LoL. I taught myself just by playing. But ya, it took a little while of playing

BREEZEAWAY - can't quite tell from the angle if those are Arabians (I don't *think* they are, but can't tell which breed either...?)? Either way, they are stunning! Are you involved w/ horses and/or dressage? Do tell! I just adore horses and may be getting one....

Exactly. It all depends on what you want to take pictures of and how you like to use your camera...and it can take a while to get a feel for that, don't you think *Stinky* (lol)? {you can tell us to stop calling you that at any time ...but I do think it's awesome that you let us!}

A lot of people like keeping a zoom the majority of the time on their camera body. On the flip side, a lot folks (like me) like to have a really small, prime lens (the light, small 50mm) on their camera the majority of the time.

It all just depends on you. It's nice to have both available, eventually. Which is why it's *so* freakin' great the Nikkor 50mm is only around $100, which is dirt for a lens.

Why would she be upset??? It means we love her......It still puts a smile on my face when she is called Stinky and I will never forget the post....

Where would you board if you got the horse..would it be an Arabian...some beautiful farms in Phoenix/surrounding areas...Right before I got transferred I stumbled on the area that was farm/stable one after the area (all around orchards) and it was beautiful.

What animal don't I like? Now that is a very good question!

Yes, my hubby's aunt who has a boarding place back in MN is "retiring" and she is selling her Arabians but is willing to give us her very favorite one who is 16 or 17, used to be a show horse, and whom she dearly loves and wants us to have. We are not totally sure bc of 1) the cost of boarding and 2) I want to find boarding right nearby us and haven't yet found something that feels right yet. I totally don't know what to do.

They are Kentucky Mountain Saddle horses, very smooth to ride and very lovable horses. I have 2 right now, I take pics at horse shows and sell them. do some photo shopping with them too.
Now LDM its very difficult for me to take a picture of myself on a horse.
Heres some that i did with photoshop, The first one is the original then the next2 are photoshop, then another photoshop one
