| I'm not a fan of water - I am a fizzy lover. Unfortunately (for me) before leg surgery my doc required that I quit drinking fizzy of any kind because carbonation leeching calcium from bones. So I went cold turkey, no Mountain Dew, no water with gas (as they call it in Europe) no nothing fizzy. To increase my water intake I wash and cut up an organic orange, lemon, and lime in small pieces and put about a cup in my tea diffuser fill it up and stick it in the fridge. I have a stainless steel Thermos bottle that I keep full of the water and drink it throughout the day. Each time I fill up my Thermos I refill with the diffuser with water. I change out the fruit daily. Right now this is working for me. I used to use the drink flavorings in the little tubbie things but I quit because of the Splenda dangers dies, etc. |

| Water is for fish. Dr. Pepper is my love. I haven't drink Dr. Pepper in 2 months! I haven't been adding anything to my water but I havent been drinking enough at all. I do occassionly add 1/2 cup or less of decaf tea to my water sometimes at night.

I freeze them and put them in my cup with my water. I'm anemic, so I chew Ice constantly. The frozen chunks helps with the ice cravings too.
