| That's a GREAT question. I hate water. It's boring! But I force myseld to drink it because I need to. I have an infuser that I bought at Costco for $15. I slice very thin lemon wedges & let them steep in the water in my fridge. Then I add a teeny bit of sugar to make it taste more yummy. It still isn't as exciting as a Coke, but it'll do. I'd LOVE to hear more suggestions if anyone has them!

| What?!?! Water is boring? It's refreshing coolness that always hits the spot. Ok, teasing aside, have you tried cucumber slices in your water or fresh fruit? My recommendation is no sugary stuff (unless from the fruit itself) otherwise it defeats the purpose of trying to drink more water. My coworker recently gave up soda. He swears by adding pineapple and mint to his water. He says its just plain delicious! I can ask him for more recipes if you like, or where he goes for his water recipes. I wouldn't know cause really, I LOVE WATER!!!

| I love water. We have wonderful well water at home. Most of the time I drink just plain water. Sometimes I will add some lemon and I use Stevia as a sweetener. What about different flavored teas? I love green tea and it is healthy for you. You can get some Stevia at the health food stores and it is a healthy natural sweetener. It only takes a few drops to sweeten a drink.

| Trust me, I hate the fact that I hate water What's wrong with me??! I guess God just gave me difficult taste buds. Lol. I'll try the mint & pineapple thing. It sounds odd, but def worth a try. I grow mint in my garden & it's like a weed! I'm more than happy to put the mint to some good use

| I use my SodaStream to fizz it. Always loved the Perrier taste and making it myself is great.

If it makes you feel better, I hate the fizz in soda. Who in the world doesn't like fizzy pop?! I'm a weirdo too.

| I like it that way too..... Problem is that the carbonation is responsible for leeching calcium from your bones

| Oh, I know. So many of my little vices - those things I really like - seem to come with a warning and a downside and some study or 10 telling me why not to enjoy it without fear and worry. Sigh.

YT 2000 Club Member | I drink a lot of water.....so much so, that I feel like I might float away! I squeeze lemon or add Crystal light (Raspberry Lemonade) for flavor. I find adding ice to make it cold helps me to "want" to drink more.

| I'm not a fan of water at all, but my husband send this to me in an email today and I think I'm going to re-think drinking it now. This is important from the Mayo Clinic Good things to know.......including Mayo Clinic info......please read it all! How many folks do you know who say they don't want to drink anything before going to bed because they'll have to get up during the night!! Heart Attack and Water - I never knew all of this! Interesting....... I asked my Doctor why people need to urinate so much at night time. Answer from my Cardiac Doctor - Gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright (legs swell). When you lie down and the lower body (legs and etc) seeks level with the kidneys, it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement! I knew you need your minimum amount of water to help flush the toxins out of your body, but this was news to me. Correct time to drink water... Very Important. From A Cardiac Specialist! Drinking water at a certain time maximizes its effectiveness on the body: 2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion 1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure 1 glass of water before going to bed - helps avoids stroke or heart attack I can also add this... My Physician told me that water at bed time will also help prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking hydration if they can not hydrate they may cramp and wake you up with a Charlie Horse. Subject: Mayo Clinic on Aspirin - PASS IT ON
