Watermelon or cantaloupe chunks. Serves 2 purposes, 1. To flavor the water and 2. Will help with swelling/water retention.
I freeze them and put them in my cup with my water.
I'm anemic, so I chew Ice constantly. The frozen chunks helps with the ice cravings too.
